I think he's more saying “All I want you to do is stand over there, and look like you're freezing your butt off. Oh, you are? Good. Try harder.” Steph's was quite funny though.. ;]
It looks like hes dancing! Maybe hes saying “Come on, what is so interesting over there?? Lets have a dance party!!” But I like Steph's better. Its funnier.
