I think it's Sam because when you watch the trailer that has already come out, Jacob is more reddish with some white wolf instead of the darker wolf here.
It kinda looks like it has chocolatieish brown fur so… Quil? But Quil wasnt a werewolf yet. I think its supposed to be Sam cuz its the darkest one (theres a couple in the back and none of them are black)
