I think sites like this one need to use their voice (say in a post) to ask for Melissa to, at the very least, get help with BD. Explain what we want to see (less fight stuff, more love, more dialogue), and how this will benefit fans, herself, Summit, etc. How they've missed what we've wanted all along, is beyond me. All they had to do was hire someone to research what parts of the books fans are discussing on forums. What's being discussed the most, in a postive way, needs to be what's written in the script played out.

I've been on many forums and it's the love, the intimacy, the conversations, etc., that are being discussed. The fights – hardly AT ALL. And, it's clearly obvious that teenage – older adult women who are the biggest fan base and who are going into the theaters time and time again. Who cares about pleasing men. They either like it, or come along with their girlfriends just to be nice. CGI is nice and having good fight scenes are nice, to a point. Obviously, I want to see good CGI. But, over-playing the Bella-Jacob-Edward love triangle and focusing so MUCH on the fights, which I hear, from cast, that that's what Eclipse is all about, is betraying fans. It's just not what the majority of fans want to see. Bottom line. It's become about what Melissa wants to see. It's become HER story. Not Meyer's. Honestly, I can't even see how Meyer is pleased at all. Unless she's a simple person just happy to see her story made onto the big screen, whether it's well done or not.
