A guy reads Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (2009-2011)

YouTube NextUp: How To Change A Life

As you know I’ve been making vlogs for the Twilight fandom for over three years now. I went to Forks, I’ve been to the conventions, all the premieres, I’ve interviews the stars, I talked to Robert Pattinson on my cell phone… I even found out Rob’s favorite cookie for you. And of course, all those autographs I’ve given away from Stephenie Meyer, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart… etc 🙂

Now, I need your help. I was selected as a semi-finalist on the YouTube NextUp program. 25 people will be selected, and each will go to YouTube camp in New York, receive special publicity and exposure, a $1000 gift card for camera equipment, and $35,000 toward developing a new show.

This could change everything overnight: not just for the money, but what the money would do for my life and career.

Being selected would mean that I get to move back to LA, do my YouTube shows full time, make more music, daily vlogs… everything I’ve wanted to do. It would also free me up for more blogs and, of course, to write more books.

Voting is very easy:

1. Visit THIS PAGE (http://bit.ly/VOTEkaleb),

2. Click the “THUMBS UP” button ON THAT PAGE.

3. Do this ONCE EVERY DAY April 2 – 8.

And that’s all! Every single vote gets me closer.

The prize money would go entirely toward expenses needed to move to Los Angeles to join with the YouTube community, lights and equipment to improve the show, and financial support needed while securing advertisers.

If there’s anything the Twilight fandom could do in return for all the videos I’ve made, this would be the one thing I’d ask for 🙂

  1. I just recently found your site and I have laughed my head off at most of your videos! I am a 14 year old girl and my parents just recently let me read the Twilight books because they are trying to quit being over protective freaks! I love the books and your site! I would subscribe to your Youtube channel, and follow you on Twitter… but because my parents are overprotective freaks, I am not allowed to have a Youtube account, or a Twitter account, or a facebook account, or an account on any kind of social networking site… Anyways! I wanted to tell you that your videos rock and keep up the good work!
